If you experience troubles running the Euro Bancorp platform on your system, please try the following steps:
- If problems arise when running JAVA Web Start, you should close java.exe and javaws.exe via the Windows Task Manager.
- If the problems persist try rebooting your PC.
- If this doesn't work, try uninstalling and re-installing the program.
- You may also clear the Java Web Start cache from the Java Control Panel in the General tab, under "Temporary Internet Files", and re-install the program from Euro Bancorp's website. You can find the Java Control Panel in your Windows Control Panel; look for an icon called "Java".
- The next step would be to uninstall all installed Java application and re-install the latest release.
- In case you experience problems with the trading platform upon start up, please empty the Internet browser cache and attempt to re-login. Should the login fail again, SSL cache must be emptied prior to platform start up (this may arise due invalid security certificates).
1. Make sure that you start the application from the
ac-markets.com website and not from a shortcut on your desktop.
2. Check if Java is installed on your computer.
You can verify the installation at
http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1.
You can download the latest version at
http://java.com/.
If you are running Mac OS X, you can download it at
http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/java/.
3. Delete all temporary files from your Web Browser cache.
4. Download internet explorer version 6.0 or later. You can also try
Firefox 3
http://www.mozilla.com/en/firefox/.
5. Verify your internet connection.
6. The visibility of your platform can be improved with a 1280 x 1024
screen resolution.
7. Most operating systems run embedded firewalls and security
features which may interfere with the proper display of some aspects of Euro
Bancorp's platform as these added features utilize large amounts of memory,
we recommend that you close all unnecessary applications from the toolbar,
or by pressing "ctrl"+ "alt" + "del" to open the Task Manager and close
those applications.
